A WOMAN who was spotted in a 'distressed' state in a Clayton-le-Moors car park has still not been found.
Police officers had voiced their concern for the well-being of the woman, who ran off after being disturbed.
Blood was found where she had been seen crouching, beside a car on land off Whalley Road, at around 7.30pm on Good Friday.
She was described as white, around 5ft 6in to 5ft 10in tall, of a medium build and in her mid-20s.
She had long blonde plaited hair which reached the middle of her back, and was wearing a white top, dark trousers or jeans, and a black scarf.
People with information about the incident have been asked to call police on 101, quoting log reference 1121 of April 3.
