A CHARITY is calling for new volunteers to help give advice and support those in need.
Maundy Relief Trust in Accrington is looking for people to assist with the variety of ways they help the homeless, those with mental health problems and addiction.
The charity has a long history of providing a broad range of support to people most in need, including food, clothing, furniture, accommodation, nursing and counselling services.
New volunteers will receive full induction and training and be offered ongoing formal support meetings.
Most existing volunteers offer half a day per week although this is flexible.
