Busy night for fire service after man trapped in bedroom and another receives electric shocks
IT was busy night for the fire service in Hyndburn after a man was trapped in his bedroom and another received several electric shocks from his TV.
One crew from Hyndburn Fire Station was called to Howard Close, Accrington after a man was trapped in his bedroom by a jammed door mechanism.

Firefighters used a hooligan tool to set him free at around 2am.
In a seperate incident, two fire crews attended a property on Grange Street in Accrington after faulty electrics caused the occupant to receive a number of electric shocks.
He refused hospital treatment - but is thought to be fine.
