A PRAM carrying a baby was hit by a car.
A father was pushing the pram across a pelican crossing in High Street, Rishton when the crash happened.
Witnesses said a Nissan Micra hit the pram and also hit another woman.
Paramedics and police were called to the scene around 9.15am.
A police spokesman said: "The vehicle had hit a traffic light first and then was involved in a collision with a woman and a pram."
The 18-year-old female driver has been reported for summons for driving without due care, police said.
A North West Ambulance Service spokesman said: "We sent two ambulance crews to an incident on High Street in Rishton.
"It was a rapid response. One of the ambulance has gone to Royal Preston Hospital."
Police said the no one involved was thought to be seriously injured.
