A PHOTOGRAPHY exhibition by students at Accrington and Rossendale College has been launched at the Civic Arts Centre and Theatre.
Course leader Karen Hope said: "The launch was well attended and the photographs were well received."
The level three course 'explores communication through the medium of photography in a commercial context, examining photography techniques and professional practice'.
It sees students focusing on snaps for magazines, newspapers, books, exhibitions, and new media.
Students go through a series of practical assignments, culminating in the production of a photo book, from which some of the images in the exhibition are taken.
It will run until Friday, July 10, and is open 9am to 9pm from Monday to Thursday, and 9am until 4pm on Fridays.
