College await the news about prize
AN EAST Lancashire college will find out this week whether it has won a prestigious national award.
Accrington and Rossendale College was nominated in the school/college of the year category for the National BTEC Awards 2015 and was revealed as a finalist earlier this month.
The finalists are going to be judged by a panel of experts, which include employers, journalists, tutors and educationalists.
The winners will then be crowned at a glittering awards ceremony in London on Tuesday, July 7.
