LEISURE centre members cycled the distance to Calais as part of a Sports Relief fundraiser.
Darwen Leisure Centre invited members to help keep their charity bike spinning for 12 hours to raise money for Sports Relief.
The team cycled 284 miles, the distance from Darwen to Calais, and raised £284 for the charity, which encourages people to get active to raise money for vulnerable people, across the UK and the world.
Receptionist and lifeguard Ben Burgess said the response from members had been positive.
He said: "We managed to keep the bike going for the full 12 hours.
"A lot of members took part and we had a good response from people donating throughout the day.
"A huge thanks from all at Darwen Leisure Centre to everyone who took part, donated and supported."
