Police find man walking along Blackburn Road with no top on and blood on his face
POLICE called to an incident at Darwen Football Club found a man walking in Blackburn Road with no top on and blood on his face.
Blackburn magistrates heard Craig Thomas Lloyd was then abusive to officers.

Lloyd, 24, of Barley Bank Street, Darwen, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly. He was fined £35 with £150 criminal court charge, £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge.
