A 22 year old woman used a block of wood to smash the windscreen of a neighbour's car because she believed he had caused damage to her property.
Blackburn magistrates heard Rhea Leanne Parker told police she was responsible and she "didn't care".
And on a separate occasion she pushed over a moped belonging to a total stranger "because she was mad."
Parker, of Ivy Street, Blackburn, pleaded guilty to two charges of criminal damage. She was ordered to pay £250 compensation for the windscreen and £100 for the moped.
Tracy Yates, prosecuting, said the owner of the moped had left in parked in a designated bike park and when she returned found it on its side. Town centre CCTV showed Parker pushing it over.
A witness saw Parker attacking the car in Ivy Street.
Gareth Price, defending, said as a result of being arrested on Saturday Parker had spent 48 hours in custody.
