A BLACKBURN man has been arrested on suspicion of robbery at a family-run shop in Chorley.
The 27-year-old was taken into custody on Thursday evening.
His arrest is in connection with an incident on Wednesday, November 10 at D&B Stores on Chorley Old Road, Whittle-le-Woods.
Police said a man demanded money and assaulted a 49-year-old shop assistant with a pistol.
