Japanese-style fitness and health taster sessions have been introduced for some Chorley Hospital staff.
The occupational health department at the hospital has begun holding different exercise classes including belly dancing, tai chi, pilates and yoga.
The aim is to introduce staff to new activities in an effort to encourage them to pursue a healthier lifestyle.
The sessions are funded by those attending each class.
