The Commercial Property Team at Forbes Solicitors has assisted local company Multipave NW Ltd in securing new premises following a period of growth.
Road surfacing contractor Multipave has moved to larger premises following significant growth since its commencement in 2007. The new premises at Centurion Court, Leyland, benefit from over 1700m² of office space. The company has a client base ranging from smaller companies through to Housing Developers and Civil Engineering Contractors.
