Advice night for Nelson college courses

ADULTS can get information about new courses at Nelson and Colne College.

An adult advice session will take place at the Scotland Road, Nelson, centre on January 16, from 5.30 to 7.30pm.

Anybody thinking of attending is advised to read the course directory on the college webiste.

Information can also be obtained by ringing college staff in the student services department on 01282 440209.

Students can study for subjects including accounting, catering, beauty and hairdressing and child and health care.

Principal Amanda Melton said: “Continuing your education is one of the best ways to boost your CV.

“It shows current or potential employers that you are committed and capable of self-improvement.
