Police said they attended an address in Green Street
A MAN from Padiham refused to get down off his roof yesterday as police tried to arrest him for an allegation of robbery and breach of bail.
Police said they attended an address in Green Street to arrest the 29-year-old man but while searching the house he entered the loft and went onto the roof out of a window.

The man stayed there for around half an hour before giving himself up and police have now arrested him.
