STEAMPUNK enthu-siasts descended on Briercliffe’s Queen’s Street Mill.
Followers of the sci-fi subculture, who have a keen interest in the aesthetics of the Victorian era, gathered to enjoy live music and installation art at the event.
Musician Ash Mandrake, noted for his eccentric hats and his double-neck guitar, performed throughout the day.
There were exhibitions by artist groups the RDC, Cottonopolis Coglective and Tranzient Gallery, and more than 30 stalls selling trinkets, apparel, food and curiosities.
The Mill’s steam engine was also running throughout the day.
