Maybe a spell in the youth offenders unit instead of the justice system not working, typical this kid gets away with burglary etc, & only now gets an ASBO, Take them off the streets permanently, if they're old enough to do the crime they're old enough to to the time, Stop this silly softley softly approach, thes kids wear ASBOs like a trophy.
If the law doesn't start to work, it won't be long before the public take the law into their own hands,

Councillor Charlie Briggs says he knows Charley and that his mother works really hard to keep him out of trouble, well obviously not hard enough if he has been in the cell 5 times since xmas!!!

Those 3 in Millhill, soon as they were featured on Granada Reports, the fact they came out straight to the camera and stuck fingers up, their criminal gurning faces (hope they stick like that for life! least the pieces of scum deserve) sticking two fingers up at the ASBOS. Within hours two are back in trouble again. In the same report we are told by the officer in charge that ASBOs are working. THEY DO NOT!

I can only echo what others have already commented on regarding this child. The softly softly approach just does not work and as for ASBO's - they're not worth the paper they are written on. Each time this lad is seen doing something which breaches his ASBO he will be arrested, banged up until the following morning then taken into court where he will receive a finger-pointing telling off by the Magistrates. No furthere punishment will be given other than a bit of a fine which will mean nothing to him as a non-earner. The Government are going to have to crack down on these idiots before they take over completely. Driven on the M65 lately? Check out all the rubbish scattered on the grass embankments, this is just one of the many things that people like Master Green could be responsible for...clearing, cleaning etc etc

What a little toe rag...am I reading this article correctly, he's threatened to stab a police officer when he's on his own and still has his liberty.
His mum may have tried but obviously can't make him do, a spell in one of her majesty's detention centres would go a long way to getting this little $hit back on the straight and narrow.
The government should bring back Borstal.
