A MAN has been fined £40 after admitting to begging.
Burnley magistrates heard how Simon Leigh Barras committed the offence in St James's Row, Burnley, on February 7.
Barras, 44, of Forest Street, Burnley, also admitted to breaching a public spaces protection order.
Barras was ordered to pay a £30 surcharge to fund victim services.
