Police arrested a masked man on suspicion of burglary
A MASKED man has been arrested on suspicion of burglary after a woman nearly drove into him.
Police said they had been called out to a house in Plumbe Lane, Burnley at around 3.30am to investigate a sounding burglar alarm.
On arrival a woman reported nearly driving into a masked man who was running across the road, police said.
Officers chased the man and arrested him nearby.
