POLICE are investigating a suspected arson after a car was set on fire in Rockcliffe Street, Blackburn.
A pump and crew from the town's fire station were turned out to the incident in which a car had been deliberately set alight at the roadside on Sunday.
Firefighters used two hosereel jets to put the fire out and there were no casualties.
A Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: "Police have been notified of the suspected arson."
