A 19-YEAR-OLD disqualified driver was caught behind the wheel twice in the space of two weeks.
Blackburn magistrates heard police charged Keiran Cumberland and bailed him after the first incident but then saw him driving again.

Cumberland, of Douglas Place, Blackburn, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified and possessing cocaine. He was banned from driving for 12 months and ordered to do 50 hours unpaid work and pay £145 costs and £180 criminal court charge.
