Why won't drivers follow the lane markings? I've lost count of the number of times I've narrowly avoided collisions with nuts changing lanes without looking!

Another issue is the number of drivers who go through the lights on red, quite often when the lights change to green there is still traffic coming through when their light is obviously at red.
