I've just come down the A56 Accrington by-pass to junc8 and there's another one there! Loads of emergency vehicles, what we really need though is for BSM to open a school there! In answer to vicn - No, it's broad daylight!

You've got the wrong end of the stick you half wit. It means traffic was still moving, it hadn't come to a complete standstill, not that no-one bothered to stop when the crash happened.
