Suzanne heads debt team in East Lancashire

A NEW debt recovery manager has joined East Lancashire law firm Napthens solicitors.

Suzanne Dean arrives from a Manchester practice and has more than 16 years’ experience in debt recovery, enforcement and litigation.

She will head a team of debt recovery specialists advising a wide range of clients from SMEs to individuals.

Suzanne is joined in the department by new appointment solicitor Will Garnett, who has previously worked for Burnley law firm Donald Race & Newton, and the Leeds office of Eversheds.

Iain Wharton, head of Napthens’ Litigation team, said: “The debt recovery service works hand-in-hand with businesses to take the pressure off when it comes to securing payments – a vital role, particularly in difficult economic climates.

“Suzanne is an experienced debt recovery professional and I’m looking forward to seeing her take the department forward.”
