Blackburn youth centre set to reopen

BLACKBURN with Darwen leisure chief Damian Talbot has promised users of Higher Croft’s Kaleidoscope youth centre it will reopen next month.
The building, used by a youth club and by groups working with the disabled, has been plagued by a leaking roof. Mr Talbot said: “I know how important the centre is for young people.
“We are hoping to have the centre reopened in early January.”
