A SHOPPER out and about in Blackburn was surprised to see this white Mercedes parked across not one — but two — disabled car parking spaces.
Spotted outside B&Q Blackburn on Sunday, the driver appeared to be inconsiderately taking up more space than necessary.
The driver, as far as we are aware, did not have a disabled badge on display and there were plenty of spaces available on the Nova Scotia Retail Park.
A B&Q spokesperson said: "The car park at Novia Scotia Retail Park is managed by a third party. We recommend passing any queries on to them directly.”
