A Playground Markings Company are raising money for children with complex needs.

On Saturday, a team of eight UniPlay employees will take on the Yorkshire Three Peaks to raise money for the Georgia Fourie Butterfly Fund.

The fund was set up in 2009 to raise money to improve and enhance the lives of pupils at Holly Grove School in Burnley by the parent's of a former pupil who passed away.

The school provides a specialist-learning environment for pupils with moderate and severe learning difficulties, complex needs, and autism.

Company Director Kevin Ramsden's 3-year-old son is autistic and has recently started in Pre-School at Holly Grove

Marketing Manager for Uniplay, Victoria Walmlsey said:

“We became aware of the wonderful work of Holly Grove School from our Director Kevin Ramsden who’s son Stanley has recently started at the school.

" His parents have been impressed at how well he has settled and has started to make progress already.

"We try each year to do several fundraising initiatives to help local causes.

"The team here were instrumental in pulling together to raise money for this very special cause.”
