Young girl injured after being hit by car
A NINE-YEAR-OLD girl was injured after being hit by a car in Blackburn.
The child was knocked over by a taxi outside Taras Tanning Studio in Burnley Road at around 5.50pm today.
Police were called to the scene by paramedics who treated to the girl.
A police spokesman said: “The nine-year-old girl suffered minor injuries and cuts to the head but she was conscious and breathing.”
