TWO people in their sixties have appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged with child cruelty offences.
Bernard Thomas Cawley, 64, of Addison Close, Blackburn, faces charges relating to two girls and a boy between 1975 and 1986.
Lorraine Greaves, 62, of Molesworth Road, Plymouth, faces one charge relating to one of the girls between 1984 and 1986.
Both indicated not guilty to the offences and were sent on bail to Preston Crown Court to stand trial.
