A 31-YEAR-OLD Blackburn man who admitted possessing cannabis with intent to supply claimed it was social rather than commercial dealing.

Blackburn magistrates heard Andrew Archer said he was selling to family and friends and not to make money.

Archer, of Kelsal Avenue, Blackburn, pleaded guilty on a basis to possessing with intent to supply.
