A CHEF'S recipe for the stress of a relationship break down was to smoke cannabis.
But a police officer who carried out a spot check on Paul Barry Grice's BMW could smell the drug and discovered £65 worth of the drug in his vehicle.

Grice, 31, of Shorrock Lane, Blackburn, pleaded guilty to possessing cannabis. He was fined £125 with £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge.
Aftab Bakhat, defending, said Grice had found the separation from his partner very stressful.
"He found cannabis helped and had bought it off a friend," said Mr Bakhat.
