Man charged with dangerous driving causing serious injury in Blackburn
A 24-YEAR-OLD man has appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged with dangerous driving causing serious injury.
Amir Khan of Richmond Hill Street, Accrington, was sent on bail to Preston Crown Court to be sentenced after pleading guilty to causing serious injury to Mohammed Mahmood by driving a BMW dangerously on Lammack Road, Blackburn, on April 2.
He also admitted failing to report the accident, failing to stop when required and driving without insurance.
