A 52-YEAR-OLD man has appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged with historic offences of sexual and indecent assault on a boy under the age of 16.
Abdul Gafur Ahmed, formerly of Meins Road, but now of Ottawa Close, Blackburn, was sent on bail to Preston Crown Court.
The offences are alleged to have been committed between January 1979 and December 1980.
