Blackburn 'partner in crime' gets ASBO
9:00pm Thursday 6th December 2012 in Blackburn
Mark McAllister
THE second of two prolific offenders has been made subject to an anti-social behaviour order which bans the pair from associating with each other.
Blackburn magistrates heard Mark Anthony McAllister and Craig Grant were criminals with convictions for theft, vehicle interference and burglary.
And police sought anti-social behaviour orders against the pair following their latest convictions for vehicle interference.
McAllister, 31, of Heaton Street, Blackburn, did not resist the application and an order banning him from associating with Craig Patrick Grant, 41, of Exeter Street, Blackburn, was made for three years.
Catherine Allan, prosecuting, said Craig Grant had been made subject to a similar order last week.
“In essence these two were partners in crime and over the last two years have appeared before the courts for committing numerous offences together.”
