Train services suspended between Blackburn and Clitheroe

Train services between Blackburn and Clitheroe have been suspended due to an equipment failure.

The line is expected to be closed until 8pm, and buses are being arranged to replace trains.

Trains are running between Manchester Victoria and Blackburn.
