A SECTION of the M65 motorway has had to be closed this afternoon after reports of somebody threatening to jump off a bridge.
Police stopped traffic in both directions at junction six at Whitebirk at around 4.30pm after receiving a call that a person on the bridge over the road was making threats to jump.
It is not yet known how long the road will need to be closed for.
