CIVIL engineers, lab workers and planners are being encouraged to apply for a Lancashire County Council apprenticeship.
The council wants applications for its technical graduate development and apprenticeship programmes, which give people the chance to gain recognised professional qualifications.
Council leader Geoff Driver said: “These schemes give young people chance to train, so they can build a career delivering services the public see and use every day. The graduates and apprentices will be studying and gaining practical experience, to prepare them for a number of technical roles in areas such as planning, highways engineering and lab work.”
