MOTORISTS faced up to 30 minutes of delays on the M66 northbound carriageway from Junction two to Ramsbottom from around 1.30pm yesterday (Tuesday).
The Highways Agency said congestion from traffic travelling towards East Lancashire had resulted the delays.
