REGARDING the ‘sprawling fair’ on the Cloverbrook site in Gannow Lane, Burnley, (LT, March 17) – what a complete nightmare of ten days for the residents who live nearby.
Yet again, Burnley Council has only itself to blame for being slapped in the face for not thinking straight about health & safety rules and also for not thinking about the residents and the whole community.
Who is going to clean up all the rubbish when the fair has moved on and who is going to pay the bill?
