THOMAS CRONSHAW SLATER Joyce, Geoffrey, Lindsey wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for cards of condolence, kind expressions of sympathy and donations received during their time of sorrow. Also, special thanks to Dr.N.Smith, the carers of Wm. Hopwood Court and the staff of Old Gates N.H. for their loving care and attention, and the Rev.David Dickinson for his kind, comforting words and ministrations. Finally, thank you to everyone who attended Tom's funeral service.
