A man exposed himself to a female runner near the canal in Burnley.
The incident happened on Sunday at around 2.25pm near to the Leeds Liverpool Canal on Lower Rosegrove Lane under the M65.
A 27-year-old woman was out running when a man stepped into her path wearing only an unzipped jacket and underwear.
The woman ran off. When she turned around, the man exposed himself to her.
The man is described as white, 5’11” to 6’ tall, a medium build and thought to be in his Forties.
He had short dark brown hair which was receding at the front and was wearing a long, dark, zip-up jacket.
PC Darren Jones from Burnley police said: “I would appeal to anyone who was in the area at the time and witnessed the incident or saw the man to come forward and contact us.”
