This year The Tour of Britain will see 96 world class riders battle it out across England, Scotland and Wales for the IG Markets Gold Jersey. Stage Two of The Tour travels the 137.7km from Kendal to Blackpool, passing through Poulton le Fyde and Cleveleys before an exciting sprint finish under the watchful gaze of Blackpool Tower.

Riders to keep an eye out for at The Tour of Britain 2011 are reigning World Champion Thor Hushovd of Garmin-Cervelo and the Olympic Gold Medallist Ed Clancy, riding for Rapha-Condor Sharp.
