DEVELOPERS have launched a public consultation after submitting plans to Ribble Valley Council, to build up to 70 homes in Longridge.
United Utilities is proposing to build a mix of properties on land to the south side of Chapel Hill.
Plans include renovating a derelict farmhouse and barn.
