A LONG serving teacher has retired from a Rossendale school.
Nick Subasic joined Alder Grange Community Technology School, Rawtenstall, in 1979 and has decided to call it a day.
Nick, who lives in Rawtenstall, was the school’s special educational needs co-ordinator.
He said: “It will be a sad day but I will still be going back to help out.”
Headteacher Iain Hulland said: “Nick has served the school for more than 30 years and has played a major part in helping Alder Grange and our lifeblood, the students, develop.”
