A TEENAGER who broke his friend's jaw in two places, has been spared jail at Burnley Crown Court.
Jordan Allan, 19, of William Street, Colne, had admitted inflicting grievous bodily harm and had been committed for sentence by Burnley Magistrates.
The defendant, who had been bailed to live with his mother in Blackpool, received six months detention, suspended for 18 months, with 120 hours’ unpaid work, 12 months’ supervision and a three-month, 8pm to 7am curfew.
Judge Robert Altham also ordered him to pay £500 compensation.
