FIREFIGHTERS cut a district nurse out of her car after it overturned on the Grane Road near Haslingden yesterday.
The 28-year-old, thought to be from Rochdale, was heading towards Blackburn when her Renault Scenic car flipped over near the Clough Head cafe, just before 8.50am.
Watch manager Shaun Naughton said firefighters cut away the car body work before removing the woman on a spinal board.
An air ambulance was scrambled but the woman was taken by road to Fairfield Hospital with suspected neck and back injuries.
