A TOP boss at Blackburn bus maker Optare has spent almost £15,000 on shares.
Chief financial officer Peter Phillips bought 500,000 shares at 2.95p each, taking his holding to 1.5million shares, of 0.2 per cent of the company.
Optare is based in Lower Philips Road, Whitebirk.
