Members of an environmental charity have appealed for more help and support.
Rishton Prospects Panel is after volunteers to help carry out plans for the year.
Projects including work at the Holt Street recreation ground, improvements along the Leeds and Liverpool Canal and food growing schemes have all been identified as priorities.
Mike Stapleford, the Prospects community projects development officer, said: "The panel has plenty of ideas for the future but would welcome anyone who may have further ideas or would like to become involved in improving their area."
The next meeting of the panel will be in the Primetime Centre in Stourton Street on September 5.
