A PROLIFIC thief struck again when he pinched a worker’s BlackBerry mobile phone from 1st Bowl, Burnley magistrates heard.
John Barnes, 43, took the phone from the reception area.
He made no comment to all questions when arrested and interviewed.
Barnes, who has 93 previous convictions for theft, admitted stealing the phone on April 24.
He was already subject to a community order with a curfew.
The defendant, of Holmes Street, Burnley, was given a two-month curfew, between 7pm and 7am, and must pay £250 compensation.
