POLICE investigating a petrol bomb attack on a young family’s home have made three more arrests.
Carly Armstrong and her son Keenan had to climb down the porch of their house in Cherry Crescent, Oswaldtwistle, when petrol was thrown at her door and set alight on May 2.
Her 15-year-old daughter, Courtney, jumped from the front bedroom window.
A 20-year-old man was arrested soon after the incident on suspicion of arson.
He has since been released with no further action.
But detectives working on the case have arrested three local men on suspicion of arson with intent to endanger life.
A 22-year-old and 19-year-old, both from Oswaldtwistle, and an 18-year-old, from Accrington, have been bailed until June pending further inquiries.
