Blackburn with Darwen council leader voted back in
The leader of Blackburn with Darwen Council has been voted back into her post.
Kate Hollern was unopposed in a Labour Group meeting following Thursday’s local elections, where the party strengthened its majority.
The Consevative and Liberal Democrat Groups are holding meetings in the coming days.
